Arbor Brook Flats is an easy living community located on Dee Street in Homer, New York. Dee Street is a quiet, mirrored cul-de-sac. There will be fifteen duplexes and two fourplexes in the development. Each unit will have it’s own one car garage. Arbor Brook Flats started as a housing development before it changed hands in 2019 and became Arbor Brook Flats, LLC.
